What is Faith

Theism

We believe there is a God. Not a distant force or vague energy, but a personal Creator who made the universe with intention and who made you with purpose.

In a world that feels random and chaotic, theism says: You are not an accident. There is meaning, beauty, and moral truth woven into reality because a good God stands behind it.

Christianity

Christianity is not primarily a religion of rules or self-improvement. At its heart, it is the good news that God has come near in Jesus Christ to rescue us from sin, death, and ourselves.

We are more broken than we want to admit, yet more loved than we dare to hope. Jesus lived the life we should have lived, died the death we deserved, and rose again so that we could be forgiven, restored, and made new.

This is grace. Not what we earn what we receive.

Jesus

Jesus is the center of everything.

He is fully God and fully human. He taught with unmatched wisdom, healed the sick, welcomed the outcast, and confronted religious hypocrisy. Then He willingly went to the cross, taking our guilt upon Himself. Three days later, He rose from the dead conquering sin and death.

Today, Jesus invites you: “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

He is not a distant religious figure. He is alive, and He is Lord.

Holy Spirit

When Jesus ascended, He sent the Holy Spirit to live inside every believer. The Spirit convicts us of sin, comforts us in sorrow, empowers us to love like Jesus, and guides us into truth.

Christianity is not a solo project. It is God with us changing us from the inside out, producing love, joy, peace, patience, and hope that we could never manufacture on our own.

Evangelical Christianity

Evangelical Christianity simply means we believe the gospel (*euangelion*) is the best news in the world and should be shared with everyone.

We hold to the authority of Scripture, the centrality of Jesus’ death and resurrection, and the necessity of personal faith. We are committed to both deep truth and genuine love holding fast to historic Christian belief while extending grace to all.
